The better educated borrowers are about the home-buying process, the more likely they are to successfully maintain homeownership. MGIC offers borrower education programs to help them do just that.

Online Testing & Certification

Offer consumers FREE homebuyer and/or landlord education and certification with online training and testing through MGIC's Buyers Ed program.

Homebuyer education is available in English at mgichome.com and in Spanish at mgiccasa.com. Landlord education is currently available in English only at mgichome.com/landlord/landlord.html.
