MGIC can help you access Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector. To take advantage of these services, contact your MGIC Account Manager to request a DU/LP contract.

To submit a loan:

• Take advantage of eMagic technology for instant DU/LP Service or,
• Fax a Contract Services Request (.pdf) form to your local MGIC Underwriting Service Center.
