The Loan Center
The Loan Center is one-stop shopping that gives you the convenience and independence to send and gather the information you want when you want it.
Submit paperless, digital loan files...
This Loan Center capability allows you to submit a paperless loan file saved as a digital image — like a "snapshot" of a page or pages. Digital images include:
- .pdf files, usually created through Adobe Acrobat Writer as a Print option on a PC; and
- digital image files, usually created by scanning a document.
(Please note, a digital image file is not the same as a data file, such as one created through an LOS like Calyx, which contains editable text. The Loan Center is not programmed to accept data files.)

You can also use The Loan Center to:
- Check the status of a loan.
- View NOLAs, Suspense Letters, 1008s, Denial Letters and any other documents created by MGIC.
- Check the status of, extend or cancel a Commitment/Certificate.
- View/print images of loan documents sent to MGIC.
- Certify a ZOMP! loan.
All data transmissions between your computer and The Loan Center are encrypted using the strongest available industry standards.
